SGOHT completed our first new build development of 14 family houses in August 2017 for market rent.

The delivery of these new homes saw a long standing piece of brownfield land being bought back into use for much needed family housing that had blighted the local area since the original properties on the site were bombed in WWII.

The site now houses 12 x 3 bedroom and 2 x 4 bedroom family homes. SGOHT ensures that its homes are of the highest quality, Copeley Hill is no exception! The homes available here are significantly larger than a standard new build property and meet the Housing Quality Indicator size standards.

We are very proud to have completed the refurbishment of 2 spectacular Victorian properties for shared living accommodation from Stockland Suites. These vacant properties in the heart of Stockland Green have been bought back into use for individuals to rent. Our aim is to have acquired, refurbished or built 100 homes by March 2021 and we have made an excellent start towards achieving this. We have a number of exciting opportunities in the pipeline that we’ll keep under wraps for now – but watch this space as we will be letting you know about these in the not too distant future.

We’re pleased to advise that over summer 2018 we will be consulting with the local community in regards to potential plans for the redevelopment of 411 Slade Road.
