411 Slade Road

An exciting development project at 411 Slade Road is nearing completion. This scheme comprises 14 one and two bedroom properties on the popular Slade Road – a major thoroughfare through Stockland Green with good transport links. We expect the properties to be available this summer. These properties are being let as social housing, catering for those most in housing need.

Initially, the properties will be let through Birmingham City Council’s waiting list. If you are interested, you should ensure that you have registered with the Council’s scheme. More information can be found here. If your application is successful and the Council nominates you for one of these new homes, we will contact you. You do not need to contact us.

Once let, we will fill any new vacancies through a mixture of Council nomination and our own allocations scheme. We will announce our allocations scheme later this year, check back here for more information around July. Our new scheme will give priority to people from the local area, although they must have registered, been accepted onto and received a banding under the Council scheme. If you aren’t registered already, you should do so straight away.
