We have a variety 2 – 5 bed homes from Victorian homes through to new builds.
In 2018 Stockland Green Opportunity Housing and Training introduced a new housing product – Shared Living which offers rooms to rent for individuals with all bills included, they offer free wifi and a regular cleaner.
Each room contains its own en-suite and is fully furnished. Residents only share the kitchen which is equipped with modern appliances.
We are constantly thinking about what type of homes the community needs and hope to be introducing new property types and tenures in the near future.
